Google Duplicate Content Test
Here is the setflid duplicate content test which is trying to identify whether or not unique content which is copied on another site with higher page rank will outrank the original.
This is a very mystifying subject with not much real testing being done so I'm sure this is a good start to try and work out what really happens!
My thoughts on this are that Alex's page should out rank my page. If this is not true, then what are the search engines doing?
